For the kind-hearted every day in our life is a new lesson learned.
We have come to the realization that not all people have an equal life – some are happy, while others suffer a lot more. We are all tested in life, someway, somehow. We will always face a test that determines our next experience and who we are.
Have you ever noticed that the person who smiles the most is the saddest? The people who are nursing broken hearts– they're the ones who are the kindest people you will meet. Kind people detest to see others hurt because they know what it's like to be unloved, to be sad, to be broken and to be alone. They are the ones who do what they can so no one else feels the same pain they feel every day.
When you've lived a painful life, you find joy in being kind. You learn to give the love and compassion that you've always longed for.
I grew up in a tough environment. I don’t have a lot of happy memories; my life has been an emotional roller coaster. I have been battered and bruised physically, mentally and emotionally, still yet I am still standing. I have been through hell and back and despite all the hardships, as I grew older, I realized that I just wanted people to feel good. I wanted people to experience a different reality than I did growing up. I wanted to smile at people as they walked by, I wanted to make a difference. I realized that showing kindness made others feel good, and it also made me feel good.
We have learned to see the light in the world because we have also seen the darkness. A kind-hearted person has the power to lighten up a dark room, because they use positivity to create light. We were born in dark times and lived under difficult conditions, but we always found a way out. We have suffered through some of the most horrifying moments one can ever imagine. When you have been hurt your whole life, you want nothing more than to live in happiness and joy. Kind souls are the ones that have suffered immensely, therefore they have a different outlook towards life.
The kindest people have seen every façade of life, they know the art of transforming negativity into a positive aspect to bring joy to those around them.
The kindest souls have had their heart ripped to pieces numerous times. They understand how sadness, disappointment, loss, and failure truly feels like, because it has happened to them on a very deep level. This makes it easier for them to listen to those who’ve suffered from a similar experience and understand how they’re feeling. And it’s something they never want others to feel, especially when it’s people they care most about.
People like myself who have had to overcome emotional hardships have learned to be stronger and more resilient With the amount of bad luck, we have experienced, with harmful situations, family concerns, destruction and poverty, we see through the struggle as a learning process. We’ve learned to survive and thrive, against all odds. Every failure gave us a new ray of hope to start fresh.
The kindest people aren’t born this way – they have made themselves that way through the choices they have made during their tests. They have endured the toughest storms without drowning, to the kind, anything is possible.
Being bitter is easy, being negative is easy, giving up is easy. Standing tall and remaining kind despite all the adversity in life requires strength. The choice is ours when it comes to surviving or letting a test defeat us.
We can fold or fight, but the way that we handle our tests can makes us sweet or sour, and those who survive are sweet and kind, they are also the strongest.
