Many misinterpret what an alpha female wants, let’s not confuse being strong with abrasive & independent with apathetic. We have set out our own set standards & only welcome the people into our lives who meet the bar. I made my 10-top list of what I look for in a man.

1.- Ambition & determination

We have own hopes, dreams, & ambitions, we believe in partnership, in team work, therefore we want a man that has big plans as well, a man that is driven & ambitious that is walking the same path to greatness to support us as we accomplish we set out to do. The best couples can feed off each other’s energy & drive each other further. Ambitious women love men who inspire us to climb even higher, to dare us, to challenge us to think even bigger.

2.- Emotionally strong

Alpha women want a man that will be a pillar of strength & stability. A man who will be there for her when she faces all the insecurities, challenges & obstacles of her own life. We want a man who has the desire to care-take of us while fully respecting us; who is strong & supportive who is giving in the right ways at the right times. We want you to be the best coach we could ask for, just because we are headstrong, we still need someone to push us to get we want.

3.-Financially stable

We can finance ourselves & have our own money, but we also want a man that is financially stable, I don’t mean whether he is “rich” or not but he should be able to support himself. We don’t want no momma’s boy that still sleeping on the couch, doesn’t have a stable job or a car, no thanks we want a man not a child. We are thinking long-term, we want to know that the man has the ability to take care of him & a future family. We want security. Independent & financially stable women want to meet a man that matches their earning potential.

4.-Honestly

Honestly isn’t just about being faithful; what women really want in a man, is a man they can trust. Trust an important foundation for a good solid relationship. Being honest is about being crystal clear in your communication, be upfront with us; talk to us about your concerns, desires & if anything is bothering you, tells us, we may not like it, but we will respect you even more for your honestly rather than keeping things to yourself to avoid having to talk about it.

5.-Great sense of humor

I know all the ladies will agree with me that a man with a great sense of humor is a definite TOP quality of what women really want in a man! Women want a man who can make her laugh! Having a great sense of humor doesn’t mean to laugh & joke at everything either, being witty doesn’t come natural so when a man is trying too hard to be funny is a turn off. There’s an old saying that “laughter is the best medicine”, which is true not only it’s good for the soul, but it also enhances communication, relieves stress, allows you to grow closer & it enriches the relationship.

We all know when we first start dating someone we try to look our best, we showcase our best qualities it’s all fun & giggles; this is the “honeymoon stage”. During this phase men are super attentive, caring, thoughtful & go out their way to please you, but many stop being attentive after some time, dating should never stop. Romance involves small gestures that shows your appreciation for your partner & this is a way to remind her that you care about her without needing to go over-the-top with flowers, chocolates, fancy diners or by buying things.

Genuinely thoughtful, caring & selfless men are attractive, having a good character & being good to others is what defines a great man. There’s something about watching someone perform an act of kindness, being nice & helping others that is eye-grabbing.

10.-Intelligence

A man with an intelligent mind is admirable. When a woman is intelligent she wants a man that she can engage in deep meaning conversations, we don’t just want to talk about sex or have pointless interactions. Women love being with a man that they can learn from & grow with.
